Called bilik 44 is building foundation to be builded by Rightful Sultan Mahmud Muzafar. This Building is newly done by foundation because Sultan dismissed at a year 1812 by Dutch . the location located in side Mount Daik.
Although this building not yet have time to stand up, but from its foundation amounting to 44 that have earned we conceive how level of enthusiasm of Sultan Mahmud to develop build his country. In this building, according to Sultan plan will be placed by all worker of exist in empire Riau-Lingga, so that they can work calmer and also develop its membership.
